Before you start, you need:

  • Nothing to prepare: this is the assistant as your shoppers see it on your store.

The assistant opens from a button in the corner of every page of your store, in English or Arabic. It answers only from your products and the store information you publish, and every cart change happens in the shopper's own cart on your store.

Type, speak or send a photo

  2. Find and compare

    Only your products

  3. Add to cart

A tap on a card, or Confirm

  4. Check out

    On your own checkout

  5. Orders and requests

    Status, returns and more

From a question to your own checkout.

Find the right product#

  1. Ask in their own words

Shoppers type a question, tap a suggested one or, when you turn them on, send a photo or a voice message. The assistant asks about size, colour or budget when that helps.

  2. Compare the options

Products appear as cards with the picture, price and stock. View opens the product page and Ask asks about that product. The assistant can also compare products side by side.

  3. Add to the cart

The add button on a card's picture adds one in a tap and shows how many are already in the cart. When a shopper asks in the chat instead, the assistant shows a card with the price and quantity to confirm. Products with options still to choose are added from their page.

  4. Check out on your store

Before paying, the assistant reviews the cart as your store prices it, then takes the shopper to your own WooCommerce checkout. Payment always happens there.

After the order#

  • Orders: signed-in shoppers see their orders and change their saved addresses in a secure panel in the chat; guests check an order with its number and a code your store emails them.
  • Requests: shoppers send a return, exchange, cancellation or other request to your team and follow it with a private link. You answer them in Shopping Assistant → Shopper requests: Review conversations and answer shopper requests.
  • A person: when a shopper needs your team, the assistant shows your email, phone or contact page and your hours.

What stays private#

The assistant never asks for card details or passwords, and a card number typed in the chat is hidden before it is saved. Addresses, orders and card details stay between the shopper and your store. Shoppers switch the language and read about their data from the menu in the assistant's header.
