Before you start, you need:

Seyaq Shopping Assistant is separate from Seyaq's visibility plans: you can use either one on its own, or both. Each live WooCommerce store has its own subscription, payment method, usage and invoices, and changing or canceling one store never affects another.

Prices are on the Seyaq Shopping Assistant page. Each variation counts as a product; the main product of a variable product doesn't.

The free trial#

Each store gets one free trial, with no card, and one Seyaq account can start up to three. The store's owner starts it after connecting the store and its first product sync: Start free trial on the plugin's Overview, or Start free trial on Store subscriptions. Nothing is charged when it ends; the assistant stops answering until a plan is chosen. Buying a plan during the trial ends it and starts the paid period with fresh allowances.

Choose, change or cancel a plan#

  1. Open Store subscriptions

Sign in on seyaq.ai and open Store subscriptions. Each store is listed with its plan, usage and reset date.

  2. Choose or change the plan

Press Choose a plan or Change plan. A higher plan applies right away, with the prorated charge shown before you confirm; a lower plan, or a switch between monthly and yearly, starts at the next renewal.

  3. Update the card or see invoices

Press Payment method and invoices. Invoices are also listed under each store.

  4. Cancel

Press Cancel subscription. The assistant keeps working until the end of the paid period, and Resume subscription takes the cancellation back until then. A plan bought without a free trial can be refunded within 14 days of the first payment — ask Seyaq support; a plan that follows the trial and renewals are not refunded (Shopping Assistant Terms).

When an allowance runs out#

The plugin's Overview warns at 80 %, 95 % and 100 % of an allowance. When one runs out, the assistant pauses that feature until the monthly reset; shopping and checkout keep working, and nothing is charged automatically.
