Do I need a Seyaq AI Visibility plan?
No. Seyaq Shopping Assistant is a separate subscription. You can use either service on its own, or both.
Which platforms does it work with?
WooCommerce on WordPress. Each store connects through the Seyaq Shopping Assistant plugin.
Does it see my customers' payment details?
No. Shoppers pay on your own checkout. The assistant never asks for card details and hides them if a shopper types them.
What happens when an allowance runs out?
The assistant pauses that feature until the allowance resets on your monthly date. Shopping and checkout keep working, and nothing is charged automatically.
Can I give the assistant its own name?
Yes. Choose its name, colours, greeting and tone in WordPress and preview them before publishing. Your Seyaq subscription keeps its own name.
I have more than one store. How does billing work?
Each live store has its own subscription, usage and invoices. One Seyaq account can manage several store subscriptions.
How long are conversations kept?
You choose, up to your plan's limit: 30, 90 or 180 days. They are deleted automatically after that.
