Acceptable Use Policy — Seyaq Shopping Assistant

1. Stores we don't serve

The Assistant is not offered for stores whose main business is weapons, tobacco or vaping products, alcohol, prescription medicines, adult content, gambling, or financial or investment products.

On other stores, products marked restricted or needing age or identity checks are never recommended and never go through the Assistant's cart help.

2. Don't use the Assistant to

give shoppers false or misleading information, or instruct it to make claims your store does not publish (discounts, health effects, guarantees);

collect payment details, passwords or sensitive personal data from shoppers;

target children or exploit shoppers' vulnerability;

break consumer, privacy or other laws that apply to your store;

copy, scrape or test other stores, or attack, overload or work around the limits of the service;

resell or share the Assistant outside your own store.

3. Shoppers

Shoppers who abuse the Assistant (for example attempts to extract data, attacks or harassment) can be blocked from it on a store, for a limited time.

4. Enforcement

Seyaq may warn, limit, suspend or end the Assistant on a store that breaks this policy, and tells you why unless the law or an investigation prevents it. Report abuse to support@seyaq.ai, or security problems to security@seyaq.ai.
